We appeal to you to ask for help for our disabled daughter, Susan.

Susan was born prematurely at 25 weeks gestation, or at the beginning of the 6th month, with a weight of 700g.
As early birth involve any number of consequences. One of the most serious was intracranial bleeding as a result of which appeared in hydrocephalus and a shunt that drains excess fluid from the area of the brain. The second consequence was the retinopathy of prematurity , or abnormal growth of blood vessels within the retina, which can lead to a retinal detachment (fortunately with Susan for retinal detachment did not).
These conditions resulted in a significant delay in psychomotor development. Susan began to walk independently until the age of 3 years, which is still a difficult art, which still must be refined through a systematic rehabilitation and orthopedic consultation. We just started trying to say, we face a lot of work with a speech therapist.

The most serious problem at the moment are the eyes. Susan has very poor eyesight, defect exacerbated by convergent strabismus, and above all nystagmus .
These diseases can be operated, but the total number of treatments needed to improve. For each of them have to wait a very long time - even 1.5 years, and as you know when a small child and as quickly deepening defect, time is priceless.
It is possible to perform an operation nierefundowanej by the NHF, the almost immediate execution, but the cost per treatment is 3000zł, and it exceeds the financial capacity of the family.

Therefore, we ask for help. Every penny is valuable and can help you better watch Susan world around her.
On behalf of our and Susan thank you for help.
